I finished Taxol #4 today. I haven't updated lately because I haven't felt very well for a while. I hate making depressing posts!
Recently, I've had major stomach issues, my toenails are starting to fall off, nosebleeds, overwhelming exhaustion, lymphedema flare ups, my skin is breaking out, lashes/eyebrows are almost gone (but my leg hair is growing, wth!?), and I get painful/stiff a lot. I feel really old!
Today for chemo I decided to dress up a bit!! I wore hair! And lashes! And makeup! :P The nurses barely recognized me :) I felt super cute and it's true what they say - feeling good about yourself makes you feel better overall.
Soooooo.... I took a bunch of selfies! :P

When I got home, the wig had to come right off! It's kind of like wearing an annoying bra all day - you can't wait to strip that sucker off when you get home!
Wish me luck that the side effects improve or, at least, don't get worse!!
